Today's workouts were all on the rings. Assisted iron crosses. Flies. Dips, pushup leg raises.
And a little warm up with my two friends. One is a squat with arm raise. A standard kettlebell move. The other is one I came up with just today. It is a squat with a crush hold on Cindy! Here is some visual stimulation to help conceptualize.
