Whenever you are sitting. Do these. Its all about the core. I find too that I need to work on my flexibility because it is impeding some of these ab workouts.

Walking

I have been doing alot of it in Japan. The thing I needed to pair with that was stretching but once I get home I can focus on a new routine. I want to start slacklining and walking on bars and railings and stuff.
