Like these chicks... I'm into pullups!



I am doing the one hundred pull ups per hour workout.  I have also added to this extravagent event by doing 100 inverted pushups within that same hour.  I go 10 pulls wait 3 minutes 10 Pushes wait 3 minutes until the end.  While not entirely hard, I definitely feel like I did something the next day.   Give it a whirl!
