One legged squats with 27.5 lb dumbells 4 x 5
Tabata - Jumps
Hamstring Explosions
Ab stuff with weight
Sweating
Forearm sledgehammer workout. 2 x10 in all directions.

I'd like to congratulate Laura on Posting our 80th post of the blog. What a Milestone.

Actually I did this forearm workout seen above. Grab the sideview mirror of a moving tractor trailer and try to stop it.
