stand on stability ball about 5 minutes
pelvic thrusts on ball 4x20
oblique crunches on ball 4x20
body twists w/10 lb ball 2x25
bicep curls 3x10 (10lbs)
saw wood to make ladle and cut thumb . . .
I hope I have enough fingers left to finish it.
