Today's workout:
2 mile run
Tabata: Alternate between squat thrusts and hitting the heavy bag
Rafter Rows using s towel 3x10
Pull ups on the Rock Rings 3 x 8
Hammer Curls 3 x 12
Leg lifts on Stabillity ball - Lay stomach on ball lift legs up work lower back
I went right in to Tabatas after my run and then I stretched a different muscle group between each set.
I started watching the Universe. There are 12 1 hour episodes. Greg says the same people made it that made Planet Earth and Blue Planet. I acutally haven't finished Planet Earth so maybe I should do that first. Before I expand outward.
