Tried out the new tabata burpee to rafter pull up.
PHEW!
It was rough. A couple times when I was tired I didnt grab the rafters or only grabbed with one hand. Those were rough.
2 x 25 board and pipe pushups
3 x 10 Inverted pushups
3 x 10 Ring Flies
3 x 8 Ring Dips
TSAAAA!
