Squat Jumpin


So Hahn was saying how the air alert II is vicious. Well it is but doing a tabata of Squat jumps (about 15/20 seconds) ends up being 120 jumps. Thats flippin Rough. I felt burnt out and my legs still hurt for my 6.66 mile night trail run. I'll keep you posted on how that goes considering I haven't been running enough lately. I also did some L sits and pushups on my pull up bar. Neautral grip and overhand grip. I also used the bar for my L sits. Maybe I ll post pics to show you what I mean. KABAAM!
