kick flips


It's been a while since i've posted something here but i have been keeping in decent shape.

Workout the other day:
Tabata

Alternating push-ups on a platform
side jumps over a bag
kick flips into a pull-up
***this was pretty awesome i didnt feel tired in the cardio aspect but my muscles are pretty pumped today...
front squats while holding 30 kg bag

Glad you are back Tim. You like the new look? You missed out on some of the earlier pictures. Like ripped chicks with huge quads. They have since been replaced with Red Sonja. I'll try and update the YouTube video topics as well. Nice workout and nice job posting a creative pic to supplement your workout. That is always key.
