I don't know where it came from, but today I got motivated. 

20 min. Kick(my ass)boxing video
situps
3x15 pelvic thrusts on ball
3x10 abs on ball
3x10 one legged squats
3x15 one legged calf raises
stretch
make and eat a berry tofu smoothie
