I am doing the volume idea I had, but I am gonna start counting. I am constantly doing push-ups on stability ball and now on the board on the pipe. Its good stuff. I am going to get my pump rocks out of the attic so I use those more too. I have also been doing alot of inverted pushups.
I am also reviewing lots of Japanese on my drives to school.

Mark, I am quite pleased with myself. I just squatted on my toilet for the first time. I had been telling Brooks that there was no way for me to squat on a toilet because my legs were too large. I kept squatting on the ground and noticed that my foot placement was still fairly close. I did not have to shit but decided to enter the abode and placed my heels at the front. I worried about shitting all over the back of the toilet so I barely pushed an a turd happily fell into the toilet. The rest came out with ease and it was indeed a healthy shit, filled with curling turds. Thank you for your encouragement.
