I think the shoulder is healed, which means I can do pull-ups now. On friday I did 4 sets of ten and the other day I went for a run in Philadilznik and stopped at the park and tried to do another round of 4 x 10 but couldnt get the last set ( only 5 ) I think my rest period was lots shorter than it was at home plus I had just finished a somewhat tiring run. That was also the first run I have gone on for awhile. It was just so nice out I couldn't pass it up.
